We are looking to recruit Trainee Solicitors and Paralegals for our September 2027 intake. We open this opportunity to graduates who have either a Law degree, or an alternative degree, achieving a 2:1 or above.
We offer two different training programmes to support those that have completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) and those undertaking the Solicitor Qualifying Examinations, part one (SQE 1)
SQE route:
We understand the demanding nature of the SQE and offer all trainees one day of paid study leave per week.
Upon successful completion of SQE1 and SQE2, we will reimburse your exam fees.
We can help with funding by providing an interest free loan to meet the cost of the preparation course.
You will undertake a structured period of Qualifying Work Experience, supervised by experienced legal advisors. This will provide you with the skills required for qualification as a solicitor.
LPC route:
This is available to graduates who have completed the Legal Practice Course.
We will fund the Professional Skills Course.
You will undertake a structured training contract, ensuring you gain the skills required for successful qualification as a solicitor. This will include experience in at least two departments supervised by experienced legal advisors.
Hands on training:
Via both routes, you will complete your Qualifying Work Experience across a variety of departments, which may include:
• Residential & Commercial Property
• Private Client (Wills, Probate, Trusts)
• Family Law
You will work alongside experienced solicitors, gaining insight into life in a busy law firm from day one.
Each trainee receives structured supervision, regular reviews, and clear development goals to ensure you remain on track for qualification.
