Contact and Child Arrangements

Agreeing on what time children spend with each parent during a relationship breakdown is often incredibly difficult and emotional. Milburns can advise you in respect of child contact arrangements to reach an agreement as amicably as possible to minimise the impact of separation on yourself and your children.
We can assist with alternative dispute methods, such as mediation, or make applications to the court, to obtain a legally binding Court Order. We deal with Court proceedings from the initial application all the way to a final hearing.
